What a lovely Mother's Day I had...I invited mum and dad and my sister Jo-Anne and her husband Stephen for lunch.
Lunch was lovely - I made 2 types of soup. Roast pumpkin and pea and ham, along with fresh crusty bread.
Then it was a homemade brie and pear tart, chicken and salad...yum.
My flourless chocolate cake I made the day before was a disaster! So off to the shops this morning for some store-bought goodies - melting moments and portugese custard tarts - my favourites.
Thankyou to my family for making my day so special, it really was lovely.
